The Scoutmaster's Cup is a Birthday Award presented by the Scoutmaster to whichever scout has shown leadership and helped him the most throughout the year. Traditionally it is awarded to the SPL (as he is usually the one helping the Scoutmaster most with running the Troop).
The most recent cup was started under Scoutmaster Michael J. Magnotta III in 2006. Previous cups have been started and discontinued.
The winner receives a red ribbon to put on his uniform, has their name engraved and added to the cup, and receives the cup itself (if only for a day).
