The OA bridge crossing the Octoraro

The Octoraro creek/river is a tributary of the Susquehanna River. Before reaching the Susquehanna, the "Oct" encircles Camp Horseshoe.

The Octoraro Bend from above

This encirclement around Camp Horseshoe is also known as the "Octoraro Bend", "Loop of the Octoraro Bend" (Inspiring the camp song), and the "Horseshoe Bend" (Inspiring the name of the camp).

Lisle is located very close to Taylor beach and the "Oct".
